Click & Collect — Free

Order online and collect from our Northwich town centre store completely free of charge. We will notify you by email when your order is ready — usually within 24 hours. Collections are available during our normal opening hours.

How We Pack Your Order

Every order is carefully wrapped and packed by hand in our Northwich shop. We take great care to ensure your gifts arrive in perfect condition, using protective tissue, bubble wrap where needed, and our signature kraft paper packaging. Orders intended as gifts can include a handwritten message card — simply add your message at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Scottish Highlands

Delivery to some remote areas, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands may take an additional 1–2 working days and a small surcharge may apply. We will contact you if this affects your order.

International Delivery

At this time we deliver within the United Kingdom only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to hear.

Damaged or Missing Orders

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
